Build .45 Tin Can Helmets not lootable?

Started Old Solder and Holy Sword starts, seen the Tin Can Helmets on Dusk Bandits but can no longer loot them. I miss these alot, great for skill training and adding weight to toon. Are these going to readded in future builds or has any one else found them ingame?

I loot them all the time they are missing a image though, they show up invisible in inventory till you hover over them. Very annoying if you forgot to sell one or two and find out they are there while looting more stuff.

Thx, did not even think that they were there, guess i need to start hovering more...lol
