A Spiked armor?

I just found a guy from the Adventurer's Guild passing by in my town with a type of armor I'm not familiar with. He has a plate on his left wrist, some spiked bracers, and somewhat looks like a double heart (lung?) protector. What is it? And where can I get it?

shoot him in the knee then steal his armour when he is down.

Hmm. I saw that armour as well. It might be worth trying the free traders. They usually have all the cool armour :) . Or you could try fiddling around with the construction set.

So I take you're the one making all the adventurer's into guards, huh?

In regards to the armor... never seen it, though it sounds like it looks pretty awesome.

Almost sounds like you're describing the Mercenary Plate that Caravan traveler liked to wear.

Its the rags(armoured) torso armor. You can research it, but last I checked, can't build it. An adventurere's guild guy died fighting off like 50 bandits in front of my turrets, so I looted him.

Ok, my bad, it's not from the Caravan travelers. Tolwrath is right, it's from one of the NPC from the Adventurer guild. His name is "Flick"...I actually rob the armor from him lol. He travels alone. I have some screen shots of him but I don't know how to really upload for you to see.

If you do go the route as I did (ganking it from him), you will have a -15 diplomacy with the Adventurers Guild. But if you bandage him, you will reduce that by 1 (to -14). When you see any Adventurers Guild down, bandage them and eventually, you're be in good relationship with them again. Same goes with other factions.
