In the FCS, there are rankings.

For Good: Convert, Approved Trader, Initiate, Faithful, Blessed, Hero of Light

For Evil: Malcontent, Heathen, Skeleton-Lover, Skeleton in Disguise, The Devil

Are these meant to be simply for dialogue-inputs? Or will there be a way to join the Faith and actually work with them to spread the light of Okran, as a male or female - Though in Lore, it states Females are only for housework and childbearing.

I know that joining Factions is planned, but I was speaking of the specific - Can Females join? In what capacity?. . Because according to their scriptures, women are only meant to be housewives.

Also, in a predominantly male society where there are no Female warriors or ever has been (To my knowledge), just how would that work?

As silly as it could be, I could see the role of Temple Cook and Nurse become a thing, if they are really joinable. By serving the Temple, you'd get free skill ups by doing this kind of work. . perhaps cats, but doubtful.

Still, bumping up your medic and cooking skill is still more than nothing.
