Crash on Start.

Hi, I just looked into this game, and want to try it out, but it crashes everytime when i hit _core or Kenshi.exe . I tried Desure and normal install, they do the same. I get no crash dump, and it comes up with a windows error report thing. I verified files and everything, ran as Admin and used compatability settings. I'm running Windows 8 64-bit, AMD Phenom II X4 960t, 8gb of ram, and a Radeon HD 6870. Any help?

It might be windows 8, I haven't tested on windows 8 yet, anyone tried and worked?

Windows 8 is not a very nice thing for game developers.

All of my steam games work (60+ games), and i tried running a VM with windows XP, but i forgot the key somewhere, and will have to search for it. I wanted to buy it too, does it work on ubuntu?
