No option to work at shop counter

As title says. there doesnt seem to be an option to work at the shop counter in the saloon i built. The building is set to public. Has this been implemented yet ?
Btw great work chris. This game is amazing!

Yep, others have posted this too. It's either not implemented, or not implemented properly.
