Enemies and My squad running through walls

I built a decent size perimeter wall for a small town. For a long time the walls worked perfect and the gate worked as needed. After tearing down part of the wall for expansion and replacing it with bigger area perimeter, the wall is acting like its not there as far as npc pathing goes. Enemies walk right through and my guys sometimes path around but will also walk through them. Not sure if this makes a difference but the part I replaced to make perimeter bigger is the upgraded wall while old section is the beginning wall. with that being said its not just where the wall was replaced. it happens from any direction. Let me know if u need any more info. I just got the game and new to forums so I apologize if I posted in wrong place or this is a known issue. So far I love the game and want to help as much as possible to help get it better. Thanks

rebuild your navmesh
Ctrl + Shift + F11

Your game will pause as it does its work
save your game. exit out, then reload your game after all thats is done.
if it continues then zip your savegame file or whatever you named it to then upload it here

OK thanks. tore the walls down and rebuilt them. if happens again I will try that and post the save game if it doesn't fix it.
