every new game you need to import into a new game.
Import with tech to keep everything you have researched from old version games.
Import with buildings, imports your old buildings from old saves.
If you want tech and buildings you have to check them both.

Please note, importing with buildings is buggy and can cause your game to crash.

But game stop run, i can load a game menu, when i run the game and lauch it from "launcher" then my screen is black and send me this error message: " Failed to load compositor" Its my problem, not import tech and camp, this is why i cant import anything.

a techie needs to answer this question
this is something new and this one is unsure how to fix it.

Can you please zip up your savegame folder and upload it here. Also upload a DxDiagnostic.
If the files are over 2 megs, either break the zip up, or host the file on a offsite file storage service and post the link here.

Just bought game today. V. 0.61.1. When launching application (as administrator) gets the config menu and when pressing ok from the configuration menu to launch the game, get a black screen with the same error box popping up "Failed to load Compositor" so i never even get to the main menu of the game.

DXDiag and Oger log file uploaded.

Thanks!

Here's a few quick steps that may be a possible fix, but this is how I install my game and have yet to see this issue occur for me.

If possible, you should take the key that you received upon purchase and active it within Steam.
This should add Kenshi to your Steam game library.
Shift+Delete all Kenshi folders currently on your machine.
Install Kenshi using Steam.

I purchased game directly through steam and installed through steam. I will delete and redownload and see if that fixes issue.

No no no, thank you!! The more you keep us updated here the more we can spread the info around :)
Side note, do you mind if I refer to you as a "Dev" on the steam forums? or do you have a more specific title I should be using?

I know these bugs and crashes can be super frustrating so thanks for your understanding ;) Hopefully it will be fixed after the patch.

And Gmat - yeah you can refer to me as whatever, dev is fine!

Sorry, think I was being a little too optimistic when I said a couple of days... I'm not sure how long it will be yet but I'll update you if I find out beforehand ;)
