Don't know if this is a BUG or not

I have a Stone Mine IX and a Stone Processor V, fully powered, and one worker to move materials back and forth; but the worker just stops working. The stone mine fills up and the stone processor is empty. I have tried saving and reloading the game ... nothing! I have tried importing into a new game and it works until something happens ,,, bandit attack, complete construction, start construction, etc. So then I deleted and re-installed Kenshi from Steam and validated the cache but that didn't solve the problem. Then I noticed that every time this happens and I re-validate the cache 2 files fail to validate and I don't know how to tell which ones they are. It is really annoying to have to reload and validate all of the time. It doesn't cause a crash so I can post a crashdump.

the revalidating of game cache always replaces two files. so thats nothing new there
Is everyones inventories empty? do you have storage crates for the material to store it? do you have someone dedicated to moving to the storage crate?
We have had a couple reports on this but i have been unable to reproduce it in my own game.
if everything is empty and its still not moving material around please do the following.
Can you zip up the affected savegame folder then upload it to dropbox ( or other offsite file storage service ) and then post the link to it here. Or you can try to upload it thru the site here ( but we been getting issues with that recently hence why i added dropbox first )

All of the workers are empty except for medpacks and they both have backpacks, there is also an empty stone and building material storage container. Here is the dropbox link:

I dismantled the Stone Mine IX and replaced it with the Stone Mine V, assigned 4 workers, and everything is working fine. I think that there is either something wrong with the HAUL function or once the Stone Mine IX is full it doesn't recognize that there is some assigned to it.
