try reinstalling and see what the updater says then.
Also there is a new download, if you download from the main page now it will install 0.21.1

I'm really excited about the prospect of this game, I think there are so many great possibilities! However, much like some of the previous posts I'm missing the ground. The ground just doesn't appear (it's grey), both the interior and exterior of buildings are fine.
I have the newest version, and have installed, uninstalled and re-installed. I've run the DX9 and PhysiX installers from the dependencies folder. When I try running the DX9 installer it fails and refers me to the log; though there is no error log produced. From my limited understanding of the log entries there is no mention of an attempt to install DX9. I ran an old DX9 installer package which goes without a hitch. I'm running the Kenshi exe from the installation directory. I've tried applying the invisi fix and terrain zips posted in this forum thread.
I've tried running it in a window, with Vsync on/off and at every possible selectable resolution (which was the cause of a similar bug in Elemental). My graffics card is an ATI Mobility HD 5730.
If there is something obvious anyone can discern from the above then I'd be glad to hear it!
