V0.74.0 No resolution options with laptop dedicated GPU

I never play games on my laptop, thats what i have a dedicated tower for. But while bored at school i remembered that the latest patched released today so i thought i'd spoil myself early and try it out.

But i noticed that when i select my Laptops dedicated GPU, a Nvidia 610M 2GB, i don't get any options to change the Video mode resolution http://i.imgur.com/BgQSFu7.png

But when i select the integrated graphics suddenly they're there http://i.imgur.com/WeSNE5L.png

Having full screen on doesn't seem to matter as it will still only take up about a quarter of the screen(well 800x600) with the GPU selected http://i.imgur.com/OSDVkkQ.jpg

I have no intention of putting many hours into the game on my laptop so this really isn't a huge issue to me. But just thought id point it out anyway.

Had this same problem too. Its annoying but I believe you can setup your video card settings to override what the game uses. Thats what I had to do.
