Tech 2 Research Issues

Hi,

So, I am experiencing a crash from simply clicking research Defensive Walls on Tech 2 Research Bench. Previously (yesterday), managed to click research Defensive Walls but then when I also clicked research Wells 2, then it crashed. Yesterday, also experienced it with Wells 2, but today it worked just fine (this was also under experimental 90.4).

Same issue here, many of the techs in tier 2 crash instantaneously when clicked, small windmills for example.

Demolish your old research bench and the issue should be resolved.

Nevermind, it has gone away with update 90.6, with the import.

I had this same problem, every time I would click to research tech 2 it would immediately CTD, tried an import with keeping buildings and research and it would still crash. Dismantled the research bench and built a new one and then it worked no problem.

Try removing your first gen research bench. This doesn't fix all of the tech 2 research options, but most will work now.
