Holy Farm town name on my outpost building = power issue

Hi,
I have had Kenshi for about a year, played it a lot last year and just started a new run recently.
It is a really nice game, complex, challenging, interesting, all good stuff.

On this run I built after some travel near Blister Hill in Okrans Pride near the north east Holy Farm.
I put down a storm house and then walled around it. No warnings about being too close to anything.
I put up a windmill, and a couple farm plots.
Put a stove in the stormhouse, I get a message needs electricity, which I thought was odd. Built a generator.
Still the needs electricity message. Hmm switched to making bread that worked fine.
Built a powered stone refinery yep worked ok. Built another building and that's when I noticed my stormhouse was flagged as town Holy Farm, and not the name of my outpost. This explained why my stove was not seeing any electricity as the windmill and generator were flagged with town name as my outpost.

To fix this I removed all the equipment inside the storm house and demolished it and rebuilt everything in the new building and it all worked fine, including the stove.

So the bug is that building close to this Holy Farm without a wall fully enclosing the area around the building first, the Holy Farm town name gets allocated to your building rather than your outpost. Causing mismatch issues with other building facilities in the outpost.

I have no idea how the town name on my outpost building could get this wrong name allocation.

Hopefully devs can address and prevent someone else having this issue.
