My game crashes when I try to edit the purpose of a Y-Building that I have built with the Map Editor. I try to create a mod with a new smal town.

Have you copied the original Y building and then edit the copy? If not, try this to see if this makes a difference...otherwise, bring both your Y document and the original Y document on screen and check to see the information on both...see what is different and as you change them, see what the end result is. I do that with much of my tinkering...add something...save, start new game, test it...does not work, change something, save it, restart test it again Slow but informational
