I'm not quite sure which song it is going off the soundtrack (thought it was Kenshi, but it has more of the ambient humming to it), I hear it when I'm in the Tar Sands, the hums get so loud in the game that it actually gets a bit distorted.
Simple fix, just need the music's levels toned down by a small amount in game. The music has a huge dynamic range, so if there's reluctance to tweak the levels, a compressor/limiter in engine could do the trick
