[0.93.1] Neutral NPCs attacking doesn't produce a red cursor

You know how that cursor turns red whenever neutral NPCs are executing an attack on your units? Well, in this version, it doesn't produce a red cursor whenever neutral NPCs attack. I don't want to use "Attack Unprovoked" since that might heighten negative relations for "unprovoked" attacks. So, can you fix this?

I hope you figured this one out because I've been trying to nail down why it sometimes gives the red cursor and sometimes not.
It really makes farming kind of difficult. Seems like a lot of times my squad doesn't defend against the other targets, either, so they basically get kited into a big group and then allow themselves to get torn apart.

Curretly i use "bodyguard" as "job"
This works fine for me as long "taunt" is activated for this char.
I've noticed that sometimes only the enemy leader is "attacking" while his followers only "staying close" until the leader starts his 1st attack.
After that mostly all the other enemy became the red cursor

Yesterday i engaged in a fight between naked bandits and cannibals, and since cannibal's nature to talk before attack, most of them were targeted as "chatters" although, upon right clicking, "attack target" option was presented, instead of "attack unprovoked".
