[0.93.15] Sort by date on loading screen does not work

Click the date bar in the load game menu. It will sort by month, not by year then month then day like it should. So I have this wonky thing as shown in my screenshot attachment.

The sorting fix should be in the next update.
Also, I've changed the name sorting to be case insensitive.
