[0.93.28] Defocusing the window causes lag

Noticed this after one of the recent patches, when the game loses focus one way or another, getting back into the game leaves me with large amounts of input lag, causing my cursor to move well after I moved my mouse and my inputs to be heavily delayed.

As a multiple monitor user, I can barely play the game right now x.x
