.95.3 Job error, running back and forth

One of my crafters, Perra, is assigned to create katanas. She picks up the cloth from downstairs and runs out the front door, for her to come back, deposit the cloth from the cloth storage, run out, run back in, get the cloth, run out, run back in, deposit the cloth, rinse, repeat ad nauseum.
Initially I thought it was because I built the weaponsmith on top of the building, so I built one beside it. Nope, still same issue.
