[0.95.21] Some Buildings have wrong owner.

Hello fellow adventurers.
So discovered a problem with some of the buildings at Squin.After I bought a building at the city [version 0.95.14 or something] I started building stuff in it after I build a spotlight an icon appeared on the map ''Your Outpost'' exactly on top of the existing town of Squin. Anyways the new patch was supposed to fix this so I updated the game import a new game with Characters,research and buildings and the outpost was still there. Plus this time one of the city buildings had nothing in it. After messing with the editor a little mainly ''fix stuff'' button from time to time. I go back to the city and I realized half part of the town was owned by me,Including walls and gate. Is there a way to fix it without importing a new game (as all the prices at the town will reset again)? And does anyone knows where the main.mod file is located? If I delete it and then validate the files its supposed to reset the map right?
