Running Through Walls 0.96.5

Hello, whenever I build walls of the second Tier. Enemies, Animals and my own Squad walk right through it.
Tried "Fix Stuff" but mostly not helping.

can you zipup and upload the save with the issue.
You can use any of these free cloud storage services if the file goes over the forums 10meg limit.

Any free cloud storage service should be acceptable long as it offers free access to the data for non registered users.
