[0.96.18] Hydroponics Growth Has Become Very Slow

Imported my save from 0.96.17, moved back to my outpost and noticed not soon after that my hydroponic fields did not seem to be growing.

I measured it and found it to be 1% every 3 hours!

Reverted my game back to stable 0.96.11, re-imported to check them in there. They grow in that version at 5% per hour.

This is a rather significant difference.

No mods. Have not changed any advanced sliders.

Monitored a riceweed plant (hydroponic) in my own save from 00:00 - 05:01, it grew from 93% - 95% in that time. Since the game tells me the plant needs 11 hours to mature I am inclined to believe that something isn't quite right.

Also looked at a regular wheatstraw farm which needs 22 hours to mature. at 11:00 it was at 19% and at 16:01 it was at 20% which also seem too slow. I guess that farming might have been nerfed, but it would be good to update the tooltips if so.

Edit: This was in .17 though.
