hi, 1st forgive my bad english i hope u understand me as well

i play kenshi during this 3 last day with no problem, yesterday i do a lot of Import game for steal a lot of assassins gear in flotsam ninja base i switch off my comptuter and this morning my game doesn't run, I always run in administrator mode, but this time I can't see the luncher, I see kenshi app of the task manager (ctrl+Alt+Suppr) I already had the same bug a while ago when i try to modifying forgotten contrucsion set but after delete and reinstall the game work but not this time

i try
- delete/reinstall
-check the integrity of the game cache (steam)

nothing work

Game doesn't start or hangs while showing its running.

Question:
Game doesn't start and just hangs, Computer says its running but nothing is showing. how do i fix this.

Answer:
First, please zipup and upload the settings.cfg,kenshi.cfg, and controls.cfg files

you can find them in your steam directory in \steamapps\common\Kenshi,
Then delete settings.cfg, kenshi.cfg and controls.cfg first before following the lower suggestion.

please zip up and upload the files first, the Devs really need the information to fix it as they can not reproduce the issue.

If the above doesn't work then try the below answer.

First, move your saves folder. and if you made any mods, do the same for them.

then uninstall Kenshi throu steam
go to the Kenshi folder ( example )
J:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kenshi

Delete the folder.
reinstall Kenshi
move your saves and mods back over.
start the game.
