Broken Splint Kits (0.26.3)

Description:
When giving first aid, splint kits will not work as intended and leave people medicing forever doing nothing, until you make them do a new action. Its a great way to train that medic skill though to infinity.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a Splint Kit (I have specifically an Advanced Splint Kit) and a Medic Pack (I have the regular Medic pack).
2. Get hurt.
3. Press the Medic button -OR- Right click -> First Aid a person.
Consistency:
Seems to happen every time on my build.
Severity:
Minor
Workaround:
Don't use Splint Kits. This will effectively make your men stop applying first-aid infinitely.
