Springbat's upper limit for reload time increases as the quality of the bow increases. i.e. 6s at min quality and 8s at max quality
I assume that's not quite what was intended?

What might be implied here is a better, meaner string, which pushes bolts harder but also requires more force to load.

Maybe, just didn't quite follow the pattern as I was reworking the wiki crossbow page, and the min reload time decreases with quality, so doesn't seem far-fetched that it might be erroneous.
