[FIXED] [0.98.33] Wrong floor in Ancient Citadel

"Outpost01_Interior-02" and "Outpost01_Interior-stairs02" have a building floor value of 2 instead of 1.
I'm in version 0.98.33
In the Ancient Citadel buildings, the 1st floor is missing.
This means you cant access it, even though you can still see the research benches.
You CAN access the 2nd floor.
Not sure if this is related, but thought it best to add it here...
