[0.98.40] Player Outpost dissapearing

Having a small outpost in the Border Zone:

i took all my guys to explore the world.
Some times later in my exploration, I had the surprise that my outpost dissapeared from the map.

and when i came back to my outpost, the Outpost was renamed "My outpost" everywhere except on the plate on the right (where you can change it) and his map icon is reset to a simple cross.
