[0.98.55] Bugs related to alliance

So I started a new game ("Guy with dog" in Bast), made it to the flotsam ninjas and allied with them. The next five minutes I encountered several bugs/features:
- Although I can use their beds for free it's a crime to pick up their things lying around
- After picking up something the alliance ended although no alarm was raised
- Talking to Moll and I'm allied again with an additional boost in relations up to 100/-100.
- They have a lot of machines, but it's a crime to take your produce out of them even while allied.
- After I got caught cooking I was locked in a cage. Clicking "Escape" I'm out every time independent of my skill (=8). Why bother with "Pick Lock"?
- The bounty for cooking my own flesh was 2000c or so. The tooltip for the bounty showed "United cities 0c". Shouldn't that show the faction which is looking for you? The bounty disappeared after reloading.
