Shopkeeper inventory bug

I don't know if anybody already posted this but i came across a bug yesterday. Wehen i was sorting the shopkeepers inventory so my katana would fit in there i accedently moved the items out of his inventrory and he dropped it for free on the ground. This way i can "steal" anything from him without getting punished.
Or you could pretend the shop keeper likes you so much he is dropping stuff so you can take it for free. Or so he can tell the police that you stole from him.
