EDIT : fix for this problem is just importing near flotsam...
but importing in hidden forrest without being near flotsam make this bug occur

After importing game without relations flotsam village belongs to no one
and entering buildings don't even show the interior
flotsam people spawns normally tho
importing from -75 with flotsam



("reseting population" from debug menu sometimes fix one problem and re write ownership to buildings for flotsam
but anihilation of whole population don't fix my problem at all )

i can't reproduce this, there must be more factors involved.

-do you have the game installed in /program files/ folder?
-do you have all the other import settings ticked apart from relations?
-Is moll dead or anything?
-Could you upload the savegame that you import to cause the bug?

To be sure imported this save with and without mods
at first without mod game decided to import it without bug
but to be sure i decided to import it all possible ways with all commbinations possible
sometimes it worked with mods sometimes not
at the end i switched to no mods at all again thinking it's must be mod related... but again flotsam belongs to no one

Only imported Buildings and researches (reseting dead npcs and relations)
Game is in deafult steam folder

also as i said before i fixed this just with importing game standing near flotsam (with flotsam village loaded)
