lockpicking sound loop

The lockpicking sound just loops constantly in the background, no matter where i am or what i do. I even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game and the sound is still there. Anyone else has had that problem?

does it still happen in a new game? Could you upload your savegame?

It might not be the same thing, but I thought I had the same bug after seeing this. I spent ages trying to fix it... It turns out the chest I was lockpicking was right next to a bunch of dudes training on training dummies...
