My bought buildings are gone and theres double population

hello,

So i return to the hub and the stationhouse that had as a base have reverted back to the "for sale" state, same thing witn property owned in Sho Battai, There are additional shopkeepers in every store and additional guards, also a base build out in the wild have vanished.
I have no clue whats causing this.
Is this a known issue?

Most likely you imported without buildings. This clears everything you built and starts them back at default.

If you added a mod since then that alters NPC behavior or cities' liveliness, that could've been it as well. ~

"Fun" fact is, that we're apparently guessing wildly here, because lately noone seems to show up to actually have a look at our beloved crash dumps...
