[1.0.25] Crab Tournament occured in Black Scratch

So, I just happened to have an incoming raid event on my outpost in Greenbeach, says that Crab Raiders are coming to raid my outpost. Before I even got a warning message that they're nearing by, at the same time I was sending one of my ninjas to Black Scratch to try and find more mercenaries to guard my outpost. However, I just happened to RUN INTO the very "raiding party" that was about to head to my outpost. Here in Black Scratch! And they're called a Crab Tournament party... Is this normal? Cause...raiding parties are supposed to occur ONLY when they reach a player's outpost(s).

I have the save file as an here just in case. However, I am unable to upload it because the "filesize is too large."

Please note that I'm using some mods in this autosave... If needed, I can list all the mods I have installed.

Happened twice as I tried finding mercs in a bar at Black Scratch. Only this time they completely sacked Black Scratch at this point.

Third time that's happened. Black Scratch held well against that crab invasion...

So is this "Crab Raider" invasion broken for Greenbeach outpost players?

I think the title should be "How to Lure The Crab Tournament into Black Scratch" :)
A raid is just a squad (with the primary set of goals of 'reach your outpost', 'yell something' and 'attack'), and as such does use roads, will defend itself/engage enemies. Otherwise the player would not be able to intercept the raids. (Very useful with Black Dragon Ninjas for instance, whom, with their sheer numbers, like to clip through the gate and steal your food).
If the Crab Tournament is stuck and you do not wish to import - try wiping them out. Not the Crab Villages, but the raid itself, methodically. The new one generated should be O.K. And don't lure into NPC Towns, perhaps.
