Hi, wanted to report bug.
NPC's cannot see inside bags that are not equipped. This applied to smuggling, and being looted.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Grab a bag
2.Put items in the bag.
3.Unequip the bag and leave in your inventory.
4.Get looted by a bandit or smuggle some drugs into a town.

Expected result
NPC look at your inventory and your bag's inventory.

Result
NPC ignores the bag, as a item that is not part of the loot table.

I have used this exploit for a long time. Can bags be addded to the loot table? They are expensive, so it only makes sense that they could be stolen.
