My game freezes for a second then just crash message

Please help I had my game working last night but the issue it just started. Now I added a few mods along the way then crashed again. I deleted the mods I had just downloaded and kept the ones that I had before the crashes ever occured. Please advise. I have added the crash dump below for any reviewing.

It is a mod issue, something to do with a missing vendor list.
Just removing mods can leave data behind that is saved in your game. You may need to import to properly clear it all.
