Rane the Giant Leg Not Healing

For some reason, Rane the Giant's leg (left?) only heals to 123 out of 125. No amount of resting heals it all the way up, and it cannot be healed with first aid kits or splints.

Is it a Metal leg? If so - you need to rest in a Skeleton bed.
If not - it's weird, but hardly game breaking. At least for now...
