[1.0.51] Cooking Stoves are turning themselves on when loading the game

I've turned off the power of my old Cooking Stoves at a Small Shack I built during my initial outpost build-up so that my cooks don't ever use it. I've established my main cookhouse in an Outpost s-IV I've built.

But every time I load the game file, I've noticed that the cooking stoves are automatically turning themselves on.
