[1.0.55] Swamp Ninja Base - No chest loot, very poor, sad ninjas

"Swamp Ninja Base" Town has no loot in its chests, because "swamp ninja base" squad_template is not assigned any "vendors".
Not only does this not correlate with other bandit lairs, but also makes for a very poor, sad, green-rags-wearing ninjas.
