dead body loot option every where I click in world

while playing game if there are so many dead body around or my character carry a dead body, every where on the screen my mouse is a sign of magnifier and it's like when ever I click, I clicked on a dead body, even on ground. loading the game again or import it fix it for 5 or 10 min and then it happens again every time some npc or bandit dies, follow this issue game start to crash every 40 to 50 minute.
I tried many way to fix it like changing graphic options or use different resolution or update graphic card bud didn't help at all

You should upload the crashdump, and maybe the save.

Should also probably back up your mods.cfg file, then test without mods. Could be a mod breaking something.
