Random Crash V 0.30.1

Crash while scrolling on the main map. Also got an error code 138 unable to write dump file. Turned off Fancy Shaders and Force Single Threading and it still happens.

I've had a few of these crashes, they usually happen when I'm moving outside of settlements and when loading areas. I've had three on the way to a new town, but only once near a settlement
