Unable to exit game. V 0.30.2

I am unable to exit the game properly. I have tried this on two computers, and both exhibit similar symptoms. Esc, exit game, game locks ups. I usually have to CTRL ALT DEL, end task. I experienced one exit where it kicked me back to the desktop, but then it says the application closed unexpectantly, so it still was not a proper exit. Unfortunately do not have crash dumps for this, as it does not crash properly enough for it to generate a crash dump.

Computer 1:
Windows 7 Pro 64
Intel Q6600 Quad Core 2.4ghz
8 gigs DDR3 1600
ATI 4870x2
OCZ Vertex 2 160 Gig SSD
Seagate 500GB HD

Computer 2:
Windows XP 32bit
AMD Opteron 290 Dual Core 2.8ghz
4 gigs DDR 400
ATI 4650
Seagate 160GB HD.

I can verify at least one occurrence of this behavior on 0.30.2. Task manager was required to kill the process.

I have the same bug as well. Pressing 'Quit' causes the process to freeze. Task manager is required to close.
