Missing Buildings

Description:
Decided to return to my starting settlement after a long time, buildings are gone.
(Side note, construction wireframes gone too.)

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, I've done many trips away from my town, but this time no buildings came back.

Consistency
Reloaded game, no buildings, turned off fancy shaders, no buildings.

System specs/OS:
Windows 7 64 Bit, AMD Phenom II X4 955 Proc. 3.2GHz, 8 Gigs of ram, ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series.

Severity:
Major

Workaround:
None so far, (How do I open the ingame editor maybe to place my things back?

you need to give me the "quicksave" folder, the "current" folder is kind of just like a temp folder for the game in progress.

In-game editor is ctrl-shift-F12, not sure if it will work but it should do. But send me your save game first, so I can have a look at the bug.
