Update: Occurs when pressing ANY key on menu screen. (Thanks turbochop)

Problem
Pressing 'escape' on the physiX loading screen results in a crash.
Pressing 'escape' on the menu screen results in a crash.

Severity: Minor
Work Around: Don't press escape.

Computer Specs:
i5 CPU
Window 7, 64 bit
AMD Radeon 6800 Series

I also mentioned this in my post, and I see other posts citing different key. It seems to me that pressing ANY key in the menu causes a crash.
