Crash on startup

The test update crashes every time I try to start it up, right after I click the Ok button on the config screen. I'm sure I have all the dependencies installed and 0.33 works just fine. I have looked around the forums with no luck on what could be causing this. Bought the game back in 2011 and recently came back to it, hope that this can be figured out.
