Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a character go from point a to b
2. pick up the backpack and hold it.
3. character runs unencumbered the whole way

I believe this is known.

Exploits=/=bugs

They aren't really needing reporting and most players just tend to leave them or use them either way its not a big deal

why shouldn't exploits be reported? if the game is not behaving as intended, that should be reported and it should be fixed, no matter if it's a ctd or game breaking bug or just a minor exploit like that
