I am new at this but would like to report several things I have run into. The first was when carrying a wounded team mate I accidentally had the carrying person click on the bed to sleep. He did. But the wounded character appeared to have fallen and was doing walking motions while on his back. The main character could get up and walk away but the fallen team member was stuck in place. Resetting fixed it but I did produce it again a second time on purpose to make sure it was a thing and got the same results.
Next is the getting out of the trader window with an item in limbo being held by the cursor. The icon for the horse hacker blade just stayed on my screen. Resetting also fixed this but the item was gone.
Bandit leaders being carried by team members to get reward vanishing after save and then reload. Sometimes they vanish and sometimes they just fall off the team member onto the ground next to them during the load. This has happened several times since I was saving and reloading quite a bit.
Lastly I got the game for my son and the minimum suggested specs seem off. He's got specs somewhere between minimum and suggested. The game comes up but even with everything turned down or off it is like the characters are walking in ultra slow motion. For him it is not really playable.
I totally dig the game. Hope this helps and good job getting on Steam, that is how I found it.

That first bug sounds quite silly.

Dead bodies disappear after an in-game day, so your bounties may be disappearing due to that. It also takes a few moments for NPC's to load in after loading the game.

As far as performance goes, the biggest things you can do are turn shaders down, play in full screen instead of windowed, and turn vysnc on. There are other lists of things to change to increase your performance, but those are the three big ones.

Good Luck!

I don't know if you have or not, but make sure your drivers are absolutely up to date. I had other games than didn't run badly on my comp, but it had some problems when it came to kenshi. I installed new drivers and it ran fine.
