Lo-Fi Games

I have been playing Kenshi for a few hours, i made a freedom fighters character and after a few tries i eventually was able to start building up a base. I was having so much fun figuring out the game and it was running pretty smoothly, until just recently when i had all 7 of my guys at my base. Now every time i load the game, it runs smoothly for about 5 seconds or until i select one of my characters. The fps is really low its basically unplayable. Please if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it, i really want to play this game!

Here are my system specs:
Processor: AMD A6-5400k APU 3.6 GHz Dual Core

RAM: 4GB

Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 6770 1gb

Just to save Chris a little time, what graphics settings are you playing at?
What specific actions do you perform before the fps drop occurs?
Try lowering all of your graphical settings (resolution optional) to absolute minimum and see if that remedies your problem.
I encountered this before, but it was due to playing for 6 hours straight and having traveled the entire length of the current map. My 8GB of RAM couldn't handle that much loaded into memory at a single time.

is it fixed after restarting your PC? If not, send me your quicksave folder.

Yeah it was just a result of too much being loaded. Once I ran around a bit and reloaded, things were running smoothly. Thanks
