Lo-Fi Games

Some limbs on my character read a maximum of 99, rather than 100. This seems to be happening to my main character, with every limb except for his head reading a maximum of 99. Is this meant to happen?

Weird. It seems to go away after a while. I got into a fight, and after getting healed by my medic, some of my limbs went to 100 again.

Mine has been sporadic. It appears most often on characters that get in a fight then get patched up. I've seen it on every single bar thus far across multiple characters. Felt it wasn't necessary to post about in lieu of game breaking issues, but its still a good catch!
