Game crashes to desktop everytime now

It seems to have something to do with putting sand ninjas into the police cages, I did so the sand ninja proceded to slaughter half the town from the cage as they stupidly came at him to "protect allies" i saved the game and exited, now whenever I reload the game it crashes everytime.
