it's a little less dramatic than that.

I have four guys who are all stuck on each other. they can all be controlled by one guy and the other three don't respond to any input. they move about just fine but the three stuck don't seem to be able to do any work

it may have happened when i had all my characters go to one stone mine trying to get them to drop building materials, however I can't really say for sure because i only discovered it much later and after being alt-tabbed for a while.

Edit: Nevermind, they all came loose somehow while I wasn't looking, probably during a fight. the save is probably pointless, but I'll upload it anyway just in case.

Just let one of the characters pick up the other character and put them back down.
