Lo-Fi Games

After I acquired my 20th member, the town and outpost NPCs have failed to load. I initially thought it was just the one outpost, but found that every town or outpost I traveled to had no NPCs upon entry. A few towns did eventually load NPCs, but it was after several hours of waiting.

Notes:
- began happening after acquiring 20th group member.
- noticed a significantly higher number of other mobile NPC groups (samurai, bandits, ninja, etc.), but almost no other NPCs.
